Please reach out to [email protected] right away if you do not have a tracking number for your amplfier. It's likely we've been trying to reach you to verify your address.
The accessories are on their way to you soon! We will follow up in the new year about exact timing.

We're VERY excited to announce that the first shipment of the Jamstack 2 units will be leaving our factory on OCTOBER 27th, starting their journey to you!!! ?⚡?
This shipment covers all current orders.
You should receive your tracking number for your Jamstack 2 order no later than November 10th. Please reach out to [email protected] if you don’t have your tracking number by then.
*Note that certain accessories, like the wireless transmitters and receivers, will be sent out at a later date.*
If your shipping address has changed since you ordered your Jamstack 2, click here to update it as soon as possible. (If you'd like to head there and let us know that your shipping address hasn't changed, you can do that too.)
We are deeply grateful for your patience and support these last few years. Now, finally, the time has come: the Jamstack 2 will be yours!

Exciting news! We’re right on track on the detailed Jamstack 2 development timeline we shared with you in June, which you can visit any time here: https://jamstack.io/blogs/news/detailed-jamstack-2-development-timeline
The manually-assembled early JS2 kits featured in our spring updates have traveled widely for industry checks and been pushed through countless different stress tests. They have officially passed those certifications and are on to the final MFI round! With the bulk of those rigorous checks now behind us, we’re thrilled to be into the phase of setting up the mass production lines and their quality assurance procedures.
You can be sure that your Jamstack 2 amps are rock solid.
We’re happy to share this new unboxing video: you can see the final package, with accessories, and get excited for what to expect when your Jamstack arrives in the mail!

We’ve published a detailed Jamstack 2 development timeline, so you can check any time to see where we are on the way to getting your Jamstack 2 smart amp into your hands. The progress bar is posted on our website, with specific dates for benchmarks along the way, leading up to the shipment date for VIP Jamstack 2 supporters (that’s you!) and then the public launch.

We’re busy with industry tests and firmware upgrades over here to make sure that you’ll be receiving the best smart amp possible! We’ll have a more tech-focused update for you later this month.
