Greetings backers!
Our engineering team has been making incredible progress getting us closer to production. Our production boards are going through their final tests as we speak.
Also, we ended up splitting the battery pack into two individual cells, this allows the enclosure to remain incredibly small, but also provides more usable air for the drivers. That means the Jamstack 2 is going to sound much better than anything we've ever filmed to date.
Thirdly, we were able to significantly reduce the size of our wireless transmitter. It's now much smaller than anyhting else like it on the market. And we've also added two built in amp modles so you can beam direction into your Jamstack wirelss headphones.

Hi everyone,
Here in Ontario Canada we’ve been in a state of emergency for the last two months which has certainly caused some challenges.
Specifically it has caused our process into tooling and manufacturing to be a great deal slower than we initially forecasted. We began this project much, much farther along than we did in the past, and our timeline was based on the best information we had at the time. This is also incredibly more complex, requiring four engineering teams working in a pandemic.
Luckily we have found ways around all of our challenges. Our past experience with hardware has led to the ability to solve problems creatively, but one thing we won’t do, is jeopardize the quality of this product.
We are now over most of our challenges and in fact tooling should begin next week!
We will of course shoot you pictures of the molds and film further videos with the early factory prototypes early next month.
After then, ahead of us is still two stages of certifications.
We expect to begin shipping out Jamstack 2’s to our backers in mid August.
We understand this was not what you had hoped, but we hope you can be understanding in these very unique circumstances.
As we have in the past we will continue to provide our early supporters with unique perks and benefits to show our appreciation.

I sincerely hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.
I’m writing because we need you to fill in your backer survey. This will allow us to collect crucial information such as your final shipping address.
You should see an email in your inbox by the end of the day which has a link to your custom survey. It contains a simple link and no account is needed. Please click the link and fill out your survey ASAP.
In addition to your address, we’ve asked a few short questions so we can better understand our amazing customers.
We know you already inputted your address on Indiegogo, but this industry leading service, called Backerkit, allows you to manage your address and accessories all the way up until delivery, and helps us make sure fulfilment happen as smoothly as possible,
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

Hi everyone! Chris here.
Now that the campaign is over I wanted to say congratulations to all of you for being the first to get the Jamstack 2 and at such an incredible price to boot.
Shortly, you will be sent an email from Backerkit where you will need to put in some important information like your shipping address. It's a great service we like to use because, at anytime, you can go in and change your address, or add accessories all the way up to shipment.
In Backerkit, there will also be a private store, where only backers can continue to shop a whole new set of exclusive accessories for the Jamstack 2 at, "at cost" prices.
We have sent out the Christmas cards and T-Shirts to everyone and rushed them so, *fingers crossed* they get there before Santa. Keep in mind the state of shipping at the moment, which is a bit out of our control.
