It’s been an exciting couple of weeks here at Jamstack: our team members have been using the early Jamstack 2 units they received; we’ve been testing out the amp and its early firmware; and we’ve been ramping up some fun content to showcase all the incredible things the Jamstack 2 can do.
Here are snapshots of some Jamstack team members with their JS2 amps for testing:
The JS2 hardware is in the last rounds of testing before going to final production for the pre-sale units - we want to be sure this amp does everything it promises, and very well!
That testing covers the accessories such as the phone mount. This will make recording easy, so you can effortlessly capture video of yourself playing. It also means you can quickly post content to socials, or even live stream directly from your setup and provide an on-board view of your picking and fretting hands. Here’s what the view looks like when you’re recording using the attached phone mount:

We received 6 early units of the Jamstack 2 (JS2) and have distributed those amps to a few staff members to stress-test the firmware and prepare recordings.
This version of the firmware is not final, with just a handful of effects where we plan to include many. So, the amp is not ready for release just yet, but we’re excited to share with you this unboxing video recorded by our Operations Manager (also a professional guitar player).
Hopefully you can feel the excitement in his video–this is how we feel, too.
Over the last couple days our team has been recording audio and video of their tests playing into the JS2. We’ll be rolling out some of these videos here and on Instagram so you can see them.
We continue to work toward launch day, and remain very eager to get this versatile JS2 amp into your hands!

Hi everyone!
We've been putting out our big update because we wanted to have a batch of production samples to show you, make a really great video for everyone, including the networking capability. Getting materials out of China has been a nightmare (and in some cases impossible) because of their new COVID lockdowns. This is coming soon, but here's a teaser of production units fresh off the line on their way here for us to validate.
We're still on track for shipping this summer, but with the uncertainty in the world right you can appreciate its very difficult to give you an exact date. Freight alone is changing daily.
The take home message is, we are making real progress, and the product has only gotten better.
We appreciate your understanding. In the meantime, you can enjoy weekly giveaways in our private Facebook group here, everyweek until we ship.
